If you live in Scarborough, your kitchen cabinetmaker is already around the corner. Copacetic Woodwork + Design builds custom kitchens at 86 Mack Ave, with our own finishing booth and a separate metal fabrication building on site. When you work with us, you are dealing with the people who actually build the kitchen.
Most kitchen companies show you a drawing and a sample. We also let you see the real thing. Before the finishing stage, your project is set up in our shop so you can check it in person, including ergonomics and how the layout feels. You can be a part of the custom fabrication process rather than waiting for a delivery date.
Our shop is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Call 416-462-1177 or email mail@thecabinetshop.ca to arrange a visit. You can also find us on our contact page.
We make every kitchen custom. Our team measures your space precisely, draws it accurately and builds it in house. That means we can work around the real dimensions of your room, whether you are opening up a layout or fitting more storage into a tight footprint.
Our cabinets use materials such as plywood and waterproof MDF for greater water resistance and durability. Our typical kitchen drawers are dovetailed in solid Canadian maple with full-extension, soft-close slides. Finishes are done under our own roof, from custom stain to opaque lacquer to polished piano finish.
We build kitchens for homeowners in Scarborough and across Toronto, including projects in Don Mills, North York, Markham and the Toronto Beaches. Browse the residential portfolio or see the Crawford oak kitchen. For more on design and materials, see our custom kitchen cabinets in Toronto page, and learn more about us.
Start with a conversation. Request a design consultation and tell us about your kitchen.
A kitchen is a long project, and it helps to know where your cabinets are being built. With our shop, finishing booth and metal fabrication building all at one address, there are no hand-offs between a showroom, a factory and an install crew. The same craftspeople who build your kitchen are the people you talk to, and the cabinetmaker who builds your project also installs it. That continuity is why the finished kitchen looks and feels the way it did on the drawings.
