Backsplash
The purpose for a backsplash is to protect the walls in your kitchen from inadvertent messes during cooking, but these days, the backsplash has become a huge compliment to the overall look of your kitchen including the custom cabinetry. Often, backsplashes are made out of ceramic tiles and cover the areas of wall between the countertop and the bottom of your upper cabinets.
